Hello everyone. Recently, I’ve been running as a hobby. I go at a very relaxed pace—about 9 minutes per kilometer—mixing in some walking and covering about 5 to 10 km per session.

After sticking with it for about a month, I’ve started to feel pain on the side of my right shin. Because of this, I ended up walking most of the way yesterday… I suspect my running form might be the issue. I’d love to have an experienced runner take a look at my form sometime.
Even though my leg hurts, I’ve heard that exercise like running is great for mental health. In fact, even with the pain, I can really feel that calm, refreshed mood after a workout. I plan to keep going as long as I don’t overdo it. Until next time!
